Return Policy:

All sales at Impactful Imprint are final. We focus on customer satisfaction, but do not accept returns, except under specific conditions outlined below.

Conditions for Exchange:

We permit exchanges in cases where:

  • The item is damaged upon arrival.

  • The item has a misprint.

Time Frame for Exchange:

Exchange requests must be initiated within 14 days of receipt. Requests after this period will not be considered.

Exchange Process:

For damaged or misprinted items, we offer an exchange. Refunds are not available.

Shipping Costs for Exchanges: Impactful Imprint will cover the shipping costs for exchanges due to damage or misprinting.

Items Lost in Transit:

If an item is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at info@impactfulimprint.com.

We are committed to resolving such issues, which may include offering an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items:

All purchases are final sale unless the fault is ours. This policy ensures the uniqueness and quality of our apparel.
